Description: DescriptionCandidate must have experience in developing processes and related process/ work instructions. Particular emphasis on assembly operations. Experience in Lean Manufacturing desired. Candidate must be able to work with Configuration Management and Design Engineering in transitioning products into production. Experience must include developing Bills of Material, support tooling, process flows, process routings and detail planning. Moderate travel to assembly plants to facilitate start up activities may be required. Candidate must be knowledgeable in Power Point and excel as well as familiar with databases. ProE knowledge have the following:1. . degree in Engineering or related field with a minimum of three years? experience in processing engineering or equivalent education and experience in a specialized and related field of expertise. 2. Knowledge of machining, welding and/or assembly processes; SPC, quality monitoring procedures and government quality control standards; MRP based scheduling functions; development of bills of material and labor reporting systems; test and process methods; and new processes. 3. High mental/visual application required to perform complex, diverse process engineering have the following:1. Working Knowledge of Bill of Materials MRP requirements 2. Development of Work/ Process instructions 3. Detail process planning 4. Power Point and basic Computer SkillsPreferences1. MRP knowledge 2.
