Nice anecdote.
Let's see: I build four or ten new houses and the owner pays for his section
of sewer line.
New infrastructure? Paid for by the owner, just as he pays for the street
and lights, and utility extensions that run past and to his property.
Do you have a clue (unlike Homuth), or are you just barfing what some
statist self-proclaimed expert is puking?
