Skills: Java Developer, Weblogic, AJAX, Hibernate, Spring
2+ years of hands-on development experience using J2EE technologies.
* 3+ years working web-related projects (preferably using WebLogic).
* 3+ years working knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, CSS and implementation of Ajax.
* 3+ years database analysis and design using Oracle 9i.
* 1+ years experience with a structured software methodology ( . Rational Unified Process).
* 1+ year of WebLogic Portal experience (version preferred).
* 1+ years of software design in UML.
* Solid working knowledge of BEA WebLogic Server and Portal framework. (Portal is a nice to have)
* Solid grasp of OOA and OOP concepts.
* Strong knowledge of J2EE design patterns.
* Extensive knowledge of Enterprise Java Beans.
* Knowledge of Struts, Hibernate and Spring framework (2 out of the 3 required)
* Knowledge of project management techniques.
* Excellent problem solving and decision making skills.
