Skills: C# Developer
* Design, develop, test, document, deploy, and support multi-tier windows-based and web-based applications built on .NET framework using C# and Microsoft SQL Server 2000/2005
* Create C# dot Net objects from existing design documents while following all existing design and coding standards
* Reviews and gathers functional specifications and transfers them to design
* Troubleshoots & resolves production issues relating to these applications
* Develops reusable class libraries
* Produce well-documented code that follows standards
* Perform unit testing and performance testing

REQUIREMENTS:
* Must have Object Oriented (preferably C#/.Net or Java) programming experience.
* Experience in QA automated test development will be much valuable
* Minimum four years development in C#
* Strong technical background in C# including a firm understanding of the dot Net Framework, WinForms, and with advanced knowledge and experience in SQL Server incl. T-SQL, in-depth Oracle development, .NET Remoting, XML, Web Services, Mainframe/COBOL, Lotus Notes development, Browser based development, and real time development experience
* Strong OO programming skills are required including knowledge and experience with object-oriented design principles and design patterns
* Solid design, coding, testing and debugging skills
* Experience with and understanding of n-tiered applications
* Possess excellent interpersonal and problem analysis skills
* Must be able to work independently, as well as on a team
* Must be self motivated, people oriented, and demonstrate good oral and written communications skills
* Must have the ability to multi-task, work with policies and procedures with limited supervision
